We provide high-quality childcare and we involve the parents into our organization as much as possible. Parents are represented in the parent committee. The parent committee represents the interests of the parents and the children of the child center.
Four to five times a year parent committee meetings are held to discuss various policy matters and to advice to the manager from the parent’s perspective.
We would like to introduce ourselves to you:
I am Kelly Diepens, happily married to Jorg and together we have two sons.
Ryan entertains every Thursday at the Tulp and Levi comes with his brother to the BSO in all school holidays.
I have been with the parent committee for quite some time. I think about 2 years, I joined here because I did not know before that there was a parent committee and what that means for the child center De Korveltuin. It is informative, interesting and cozy.
There is also room for parents who want to join us. I will participate until July 2019. After that, our youngest son goes to school and we are no longer forced to use any daycare whatsoever. And for us the good time at De Korveltuin will be over.
Greetings Kelly Diepens
Dear dads, moms, caretakers
My name is Miranda Zoontjes and I am 25 years old. Some of you will know me as Lynn’s mum playing with Lavendel. Others can (re) know me because I enjoyed working at the Koverl Garden during the summer holidays. After the holiday, I started the third year of my HBO Social Work and Service, where I internship course four days a week at Contour de twern Tilburg Zuid.
The parents’ committee stands up for the interests of parents and greatly values input. As a parents’ committee we can be the bridge between the parents and the management and with us you as parents / carer can very easily enter what you want to share. Whether it concerns complaints, worries, comments, (nice) suggestions, questions etc., we are there for you. The information we receive from you will be handled discreetly and confidentially and, if desired, submitted anonymously.
You can address us in the corridors, we can make an appointment with you or you can email us.
I am Annemiek de Wit. My son Luuk plays here every week on the Krokus.
I work in psychiatry and I enjoy sports in my free time.
I registered with the parents’ committee because in this way I can be a link between parents and De Korveltuin organization. We would also like to hear ideas for improvement and certainly also what you are satisfied with.
I am Remco Magielse (born in 1986) and father of Nolan and Marah, married to Jessie. We have been living in a new house in Zuiderpark since the beginning of 2018, after living in the Korvel for a few years. Although we do not originally come from Tilburg, we have been living there for many years with pleasure. For my work I drive daily in the traffic jam on the A58 towards Eindhoven. I work there for Phillips Heu as a product manager. From the beginning of 2018 I am a member of the parents’ committee. In the parents’ committee I mainly try to give information back to the board about daily practice, points that I notice and need attention, and to review the policy documents.
